Today sees the start of our new teaching year at Mallard Days, and tuition is back to full time. At the moment, Richard only has weekday daytime slots available, however Vicky has more slots throughout the week.
We will also be doing some updates on the Mallard Days website very soon, and also opening booking for summer term revision workshops. Plus, we will be uploading more content here than ever before.
So keep your eyes open, and I look forward to interacting more with you in the upcoming year.

Diagnostic questions
Following a successful trial during the AS Physics paper 1 and GCSE Maths paper 1, the online diagnostic questions will be expanded for next year.
I have put four further quizzes online working towards AS Physics paper 2.
These are now available on www.diagnosticquestions.com.
To access the quizzes this year, you need to register for an account at https://www.diagnosticquestions.com/Account/Register#/student, and use the “class code” IYKZTEST.

Roadworks and delays
As you may or may not be aware, there are currently roadworks taking place on Gilesgate Roundabout and Leazes Bowl Roundabout in Durham City. This is currently adding around 20 minutes to journey times (in each direction) during the day.
Further, for the next three weeks, the road between the two roundabouts will be closed in both directions between 7pm and 6am, which will affect those students in later slots.
These delays mean that it is very likely that sessions will run late in the next few weeks, which is unfortunately outside my control. Please be assured that sessions will take place in the scheduled order, and should I be running more than 30 minutes late, I will endeavour to send a message to you indicating this.
